Speaking frankly to Vanessa in the garden of the infamous house, Nikki shared her feelings at not being able to put on a pair of jeans and how that had affected her.

“But do you know what Vanessa… I believe it does live with you for the rest of your life.

“I could live a normal, happy, healthy life where I eat what I want… I am healthy, I am in control and I love food, I love living, I love everything about life.

“I am so lucky to be here after everything that happened and that’s why I am how I am.”

A tearful Nikki continued: “That’s why I do handstands in the living room because I try and cherish every moment of enjoyment that I’ve got because I wasted all those years.

“I’m only upset because we are talking about it now. I just took my jeans off and thought, I’ve got two other pairs that fit and actually they were too small anyway.

“I’m having fun and so what if I put on weight, I don’t care, I’m having the time of my life being in here.”
