Ariana Grande wedding planners used tall trees, shrubbery and birdsong to keep it secret

With claims birdsong was blasted out and temporary trees installed around her home, Ariana Grande went to great lengths to keep her wedding secret…

The singer, 27, tied the knot with estate agent Dalton Gomez in a “tiny and intimate” ceremony of fewer than 20 of their closest friends and family members.

A spokesperson said: “The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”

Yesterday reports swirled online that organisers installed tall trees and shrubbery and even pumped out the noise of birdsong to help mask the event.

The couple have been dating for 16 months, since Dalton reportedly helped her purchase the £4.8million home in Montecito, California where they wed.

Ariana announced their engagement in December with a picture of her oval diamond ring.

She said: “Forever n then some.”

And she describes 26-year-old husband Dalton, who appeared in her music video Stuck With U, as: “My baby my best friend my fav part of all the days.”

As well as sharing some explicit details of their sex life in her song lyrics on her most recent album Positions, she offered sentimental tributes including: “You know me better than I do… you touch my soul from the outside.”

She also sings: “Never thought I would believe in love again.”

Ariana broke off her engagement to comedian Pete Davidson in 2018, shortly after previous ex Mac Miller died of an overdose.

Ariana recently decided to “step back” from intimate social media posts as they could prove “traumatic” and she wanted “to protect my loved ones”.
